I love supporting clients to reduce their stress and feel more productive.
I have had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of clients across various sectors, this demonstrates the versatility and flexibility of our services. From working with a selection of creative industries to the personal centred industries of beauticians, we have tailored our support to meet unique needs. We've collaborated with authors, helping them manage their projects and administrative tasks, and partnered with business coaches to streamline their operations and maximise their impact. One of our most unique clients has been a Wildlife Park, where we provided administrative and strategic support to develop education programmes and email marketing to increase number of visitors. Additionally, I have offered coaching services to clients, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals. This coaching aspect, previously a separate venture, is now integrated into our comprehensive support offerings, allowing us to provide an even broader range of services to our clients.
Supporting Clients with Neurodiversity
I work with a number of clients with neurodiversity, being calm and patient helps me build a trusting relationship which enables us to work collaboratively togather. For ADHD clients I have supported through setting goals and tracking progress, we have weekly meetings to stay on track. I use virtual body doubling to help clients focus on task to complete by providing accountability with reminders like: where have you got to?…. everything going ok?

Setting up email management system
Working with a client to control their inbox. We read Dan Martell’s Buy Back Your Time and implemented his Email GPS system. As we worked together over the coming weeks, we tweaked the system to make it more efficient and meet his needs.
By introducing a simple email management system we were able to keep the inbox controlled so the client only saw the emails he needed to deal with, everything else was managed and actioned by the team.
How Business Support can help
A business owner had been running her successful salon for many years, but felt she didn’t have a good grasp of how well she was doing, or how she could grow her business.
We met in person and she outlined her business, what she had achieved, what she wanted to achieve in the future. We worked together to identify areas where she wanted her business to improve. I used this information to create an action plan. Together, we worked out the priorities and set goals for the business.
We meet regularly to check progress against the goals, celebrate the successes and plan the next actions.

I met a business owner who was struggling with organising her social media, she felt it was always rushed and a last minute decision of what to post. She didn’t feel satisfied with her posts.
During a 1 to 1 session we built a social media content plan. We highlighted the main focuses for her business, set up a scheduling plan and even created a bank of inspiration using AI.
She now confidently posts regularly and plans her posts in advance to cover all aspects of her business.
